Hi, I'm Sara 

As a former corporate executive I know what it's like to work 60+ hour weeks: traveling, meetings and calls at all hours, working across teams in different time zones and on projects that need to be finished yesterday.

 

The toll that this fast-paced, high-stress lifestyle can take on your well-being is overwhelming. Burnout was a stark reality and became my wakeup call, eventually leading me to try yoga and meditation.

Over the last 15 years, I've invested time and effort in training with some of the world's top yoga and meditation teachers, adapting ancient wisdom to fit today's fast-paced world.

 

A few years ago I traded in my corporate hat and moved to the Big Island of Hawaii and started to share what I have learned. 

My mission now is to help people find their own balance and sense of peace. Whether you're juggling work and family, dealing with the chaos of constant travel, or simply seeking better rest, I offer practical tools that work in the real world.

Some people live happily distracted in this cycle for years (and I’m speaking from experience here!) For a lot of people, stress manifests into something else – anger, fear, unhappiness, feeling stuck and sometimes even resulting in sickness and disease.

 

Why meditation & yoga?

 

There are tremendous benefits — physical, mental, and spiritual.

 

I teach people techniques that they can use immediately: as they leave the house for the day, before a big call or during a stressful situation.

 

People use these techniques to center themselves and their emotions, breathe better and create a type of ’pattern disrupt’ to their normal physical and mental stress responses. 

 

Once they have developed a new stress response and learn how to access their stillness, then they are able to observe their lives and day-to-day with more equanimity. This is when the big 'AHA' moments happen, and people start making better decisions that change the course of their lives.

I help people to cultivate their calm so they can lead a more joyful, happier and stress-less life.

You can go from feeling stressed out and distracted to being calmer, happier and healthier. Becoming the best version of yourself.

You can learn the fundamental principles of meditation 

that cover all traditions. And once you practice them, you are able to choose what works best for you.
