
How It Works
You don't need to take time off from work or spend a lot of money on a retreat. Learn on your own schedule from the comfort of your own home. In as little as a few minutes per day you can build a healthy habit to cultivate your calm.

BOOK A SESSION
It takes time to learn and build new habits. So there is a 4 session minimum signup. Most students sign up for 10 sessions since that's the best value!
After you schedule your first session using the BOOK A SESSION link, you will receive a Zoom invitation by email.

ATTEND YOUR FIRST SESSION
Attend your first session by Zoom. Make sure you have a notebook and pen handy.
I won't send you an invoice until after the 1st class. If you decide you don't want to continue for any reason after the first class, there's no hard feelings. And I won't send you a bill at all.

Homework
You will be assigned homework every week. This homework includes daily practice and also some short videos, research articles or writing assignments. The homework takes on average 3 - 20 minutes per day.

A for Effort
Like anything that you do, the more time you put into this training, the more you will get out of it. So roll your sleeves up, and get ready to cultivate your calm.
