How It Works for Meditation Sessions

You don't need to take time off from work or spend a lot of money on a retreat. Learn on your own schedule from the comfort of your own home. In as little as a few minutes per day you can build a healthy habit to cultivate your calm.

BOOK A SESSION

Simply click on the "BOOK A SESSION" link to schedule your first session at a convenient time for you. Once you've made the booking, check your email for the ZOOM invitation.

I believe in building trust and ensuring the best fit for both of us. That's why there's no need to make any payment during the booking process. Instead, after your first session, I'll send you an invoice. This way, you can experience our session firsthand and be certain that we're the right match for your needs.

ATTEND YOUR FIRST SESSION

Attend your first session by Zoom. Make sure you have a notebook and pen handy. We will assess your personal meditation plan and start learning new techniques in the first session.

It takes time to learn and build new habits. So there is a 4 session minimum signup.

Homework

You will be assigned homework every week. This homework includes daily practice and also some short videos, research articles or writing assignments. The homework takes on average 3 - 20 minutes per day.

A for Effort

Like anything that you do, the more time you put into this training, the more you will get out of it. So roll your sleeves up, and get ready to cultivate your calm.
